Make it Automatic!
You can make your monthly donation to Friends of TOUCH directly from your bank account to ours. This is a very convenient way to have your gift made automatically each month, and it cuts our processing costs as well.
The ACH Debit method of payment allows you to transfer funds directly from your bank account to Friends of TOUCH. You may choose to ask us to debit your account on either the 5th or the 20th day of each month. Only the amount you specify below will be withdrawn from your account.
To sign up for ACH, read the terms in the next paragraph and download the form (below). Return the form to us with a voided check (deposit slips won’t do – the bank wants a voided check). It will take between 2 and 6 weeks to process your first ACH payment.
ACH Terms
Terms: I authorize Friends of TOUCH (FOT) to initiate automatic debits from my account as stated below. By signing this agreement, I am certifying that I am an authorized signer for this account. This authority will remain in effect until I notify FOT in writing, understanding that FOT will need a reasonable amount of time to enact my cancellation. I may stop any withdrawal by notifying the financial institution I name below at least 3 days before my account is scheduled to be charged. I understand that it is my responsibility to make sure that there are sufficient funds available to be withdrawn on the date of transfer. I acknowledge that the origination of ACH debits according to this authorization shall be made subject to applicable provisions of state and federal law, and also the provisions of the financial institution named below. Also I acknowledge that FOT will not be liable for any charges or fees that may result, including but not limited to, any charges related to items returned due to insufficient funds.
It is helpful if you attach a blank, voided check from your account, but you don’t have to.
